Danine’s passion for dentistry began at a young age and lead her to start a career as a dentist. While she believes dental care is of the utmost importance, care and compassion are part of her core beliefs as well. Even though Danine has been named a Top Dentist on the Washingtonian list every year since 1997, her proudest accomplishments are being a mother of 3 Arlington raised children and being a wife to her best friend, Brian.

A strong believer in continuing education, Dr. Fresch is passionate about staying on top of technology in a field that is always advancing. Dr. Fresch received a BS in Math from Boston College and graduated from Georgetown Dental School in 1988 where she was class President. In addition to her education, Danine has been named multiple times as a Top Dentist in Virginia Magazine and Arlington Magazine. Dr. Fresch is a Premier Provider of Invisalign.
Involvement In Her Community
Danine is an active Arlington Community member and on the WHEC (Woman’s Health Empowerment) board at Virginia Hospital Center. A graduate of Leadership Arlington 2006 class and served on the affordable housing APAH board for 7 years. She has also served on the Arlington Chamber of Commerce board. Dr. Fresch is a member of these organizations, ADA (American Dental Assoc), AGD (Academy of General Dentistry), AACD (Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, candidate), AADSM (Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), AAOSH (Academy of Oral Systemic Health), ALD (Academy of Laser Dentistry), and the Seattle Study Club.
Dr. Fresch is a speaker to other dentists on topics such as Oral-Systemic Links, Invisalign retainers, Stress as a Disease process and Relationship Building in the Social Media Age. Continuing education is an integral part of Clarendon Dental Arts. The team takes over 100 hours of education each year. The newest techniques in technology, methods of delivery and care and customer service are essential courses that EVERY team member experiences – so our patients become beneficiaries of this knowledge.
