I am writing to express my appreciation for the high quality dental care and services you have given to me during my mouth restoration process. You all have displayed such a high level of compassion during the procedure and I am very grateful to you and your staff. You did a fantastic job remodeling my mouth. Everything fits perfectly, feels comfortable and natural, and looks great. I am beyond pleased with the final results. Your attention to detail and suggestions have given me the smile I have always dreamed of having. My smile gets compliments all the time. Your hard work has allowed me to experience a feeling of confidence I have never experienced. Thank you for your hard work, support and assurance. I am forever grateful.
We have moved our entire family over to Dr. Fresch-Gray’s practice! Her staff and the location and atmosphere cannot be beat. We have found them to be incredibly thorough and very responsive to all our needs.
I realize how unbelievable it may seem when I say I look forward to going to my dentist. But after years of the care I’ve gotten from Dr. Fresch and her team at Clarendon Dental Arts, it is true.
The dental treatment I’ve received there has exceeded any expectations I ever had. We started with a good assessment of my needs which Dr. Fresch used to come up with a detailed, cost efficient and well communicated plan I could ponder. From that, I was able to make well-informed decisions about my desire and plan for moving forward—no pressure and, in my case, with lots of options.
The result? I’m happy—I have a really healthy mouth with absolutely no trepidation around showing my smile to the world. And I unequivocally recommend Clarendon Dental Arts to all.
I confidently give Dr. Fresch and her team five gold stars.
Thank you so much for the kind and gentle care you have provided over the past several weeks. Everyone in the office has been terrific. I’m not looking forward to my next dental work, but you all made this experience as pleasant as possible. Being so far from home it was wonderful to feel so well taken care of.
I want to pass on again how much I appreciate all you ladies have done for me. It’s been such a pleasure to be a patient at the office. I will have a hard time meeting a new dental practice that will match the care and compassion you all offer.
I certainly have the utmost respect for you and your team. You were absolutely amazing in reconstructing my mouth by removing all those horrible and unsightly amalgam fillings and by fitting me with amazing crowns. I love my smile and I am so grateful to you and your staff. You are kind, patient, sincere, and willing to do what is best for the patient and not your wallet. I will continue to recommend you to my friends and others as necessary.
My dental experience with Dr. Fresch Gray has just been the opposite of what the general public thinks about going to the dentist… I do not dread the appointments, I am not worried about the pain, in fact, I usually get in a nap!… that is how comfortable she makes you feel. Her knowledge, advice, and skills are absolutely the finest. I needed a ton of work and spent many hours in “the chair”… it has been such a relief and I come away knowing I now have a healthy mouth! She has taught me how to take care of my teeth and gums. I have come to the point where I don’t “put off” making those appointments, in fact, I want to make sure I don’t miss them… I want to keep my dental health and Danine is the best at helping me do that. She is so smart, capable, and nice. She also has tiny, gentle hands. I just love her and am so fortunate that she is my dentist.
Greetings from ever-sunny and ever-warm Hawaii! I miss you all, and my new dentist definitely doesn’t measure up. There’s no blanket, not that I need it here anyway, and I long for the comfy neck support things on the chairs. Plus I feel like I’m visiting family when I come in for an appointment!
If anyone ever finds themselves in Honolulu, please look me up!
I never thought I would say this – but, it is actually fun to go to the dentist now that I have switched over to Clarendon Dental Arts. From the moment you walk through the door, Dr. Fresch and her staff make you feel like you are their only patient. Calmness, kindness and gentleness surround you until the time you leave. Your dental needs are attended to by a most compassionate, highly skilled dentist and her wonderful team of employees. I am always impressed by the entire team’s commitment to their work and their patients. Their professionalism shows up in everything they do from the excellence in dental skill, to their smiles, and even the way they handle financial and insurance issues. I came in with a mouth full of trouble. Through their support, encouragement and knowledge I decided to embark upon a journey of transforming my smile. At 62, I finally have the smile I dreamed of!!
I don’t really know how to begin to thank you. I know I can never put into words what your skill, patience; understanding and simple kindness has done for me – well beyond your dental services.
The services and all the extras were perfect. Everyone, from your front office, to the dental hygienist and dental assistants to you has been unfailingly professional yet very personally understanding, supportive and appropriately humorous at just the right times. You have every right to be proud of each and every one of them, and of the practice you have built. It is surprising for me to realize it has been almost two years since you started to completely restore all of my teeth. For the first time in my memory, nothing hurts! I actually smile, and sometimes realize it, too. Over that long period of time, you have displayed this uncanny ability to know just when to push forward with the work, and when to slow down because I needed it emotionally. You also were wonderful in taking the time to explain what we needed to do, what to expect, and when the unexpected came up, what needed to be handled differently. Your personal standard of excellence is obvious and on display for all to see. In the end, all I can say is thank you.
